Its just amazing works great stays on all day i dont have to charge it when i get home its worth its price.

What I like first. it takes 512gb sd cards so lots of video ebooks and such. the battery is pretty good Ive only had one tablet with better batteries. enough power so games dont lag. what I dont like, lots of junk unremovable software, horrible wifi reception. Of the 4 android tablets Ive had, it has the worst reception. In the same room, every other tablet has worked this will drop the connection every couple of minutes.

I got this for my son a year ago (after his first Samsung tablet broke) and then guess what happens? This one breaks too. I had one of the highest rated cases for it after his first ones screen shattered and it still busted somehow (my son is older so he knows to be careful with it too). I’ve had my iPad for multiple years, that’s survived all kinds of bumps. But apparently two Samsung tablets can’t even survive two years. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

Buy it. Had mine a yr. So handy. Works great.

I dislike that Samsung did not answer my question. They SAID they would connect me with a Samsung expert. Instead the sent me to the Just Answer tech support, which is a membership tech support costing close to $50

I bought this tablet in November and already in April I couldnt download apps. I had no way of contact supplier due to covid 19. I would not recomend to buy this product.

Screen Quality

Great product. Huge upgrade from my last tablet. Screen is bright with gray resolution and vibrant colors. Very snappy and responsive. Only knock I have is that samsung firmware doesnt allow sd card to expand internal storage, so you cant install apps on it.

Great Product

Let me start off by saying the performance of the tablet is great. The issue with the tablet is the little hidden stuff that makes it almost impossible to use it for multitasking. For example I want to have a type C hub plugged into the tablet so I can have a dongle and a couple other things I use for work plugged in. It is impossible to find a dongle that allows you to charge and use the dongle at the same time. I purchased 3 in one day from best buy none of them worked correctly. After doing some research it seems like on some newer Samsung products they have some proprietary protocol called PPS (Programmable Power Supply). Its impossible to find a hub that has that listed in the description. In addition to that proprietary protocol none of my fast charging bricks fast charge the tablet only charge it at a regular speed.
