    I got this to kind of help get my elderly mom trying to tech. Compared to other less expensive tablets I have gotten this one most acts like my Samsung phone and swipes easy and with no lag. Pretty pleased with the overall purchase.

    Seems like a decent tablet for every day stuff.. I bought it to play Roblox with my daughter and unfortunately it was an epic fail.. it would load the games but good luck moving.. it is so laggy it is unplayable. Going to return and try again.. :(

    This product is not an updated anything! They say it has a snapdragon but they dont tell you WHAT snapdragon processor. You would think it would be a snapdragon released in 2019 since it has updated 2019 in the title, but it is not. This is probably why they dont specify WHAT specific snapdragon processor is in this. The processor is an A53 which is from 2012! This thing cant even run the Android operating system without lagging let alone anything extra. Returning this product, not as described at all, and especially not worth the price its at for a DECADE old processor that they try to hide by just saying its a snapdragon.

    Theres nothing pre-installed in this. However, when you get it, you can immediately download the apps from your cell phone if you install an app, and it worked out fine for me. So, now, I have deleted the app and I love the tablet.
