Greater than one weekI dont like that you cant install the apps on the SD card that was sold with the tablet, so Im constantly Uninstaller apps. I bought this tablet for my 6yr old to play games on.

12-04-2025This product is not an updated anything! They say it has a snapdragon but they dont tell you WHAT snapdragon processor. You would think it would be a snapdragon released in 2019 since it has updated 2019 in the title, but it is not. This is probably why they dont specify WHAT specific snapdragon processor is in this. The processor is an A53 which is from 2012! This thing cant even run the Android operating system without lagging let alone anything extra. Returning this product, not as described at all, and especially not worth the price its at for a DECADE old processor that they try to hide by just saying its a snapdragon.

Greater than one weekI received the device in what clearly appeared to be used condition. I commented to the seller and I was promptly contacted. The device had no factory protection on it and the box was in an open / dirty state. The device seems to work well but I was very suspect. The seller contacted me after making several attempts to do so. I was very busy but took the calls only to be surprised that the seller was reaching out to correct the issue. The seller determined that the device was NEW and offered to replace it quickly and with more than expected service. I opted to keep the device but was given assurance that it was and will perform as new. I have every reason to believe them. Without any hesitation, I will purchase from 6ave again.
