It has great connection and isn’t slow like other tablets I bought in the past. We have had it for 3 months now and it still works wonderfully

After working with at least three Samsung technical agents, I was told that the SD card is a known issue and there was nothing that could be done about it at this time. I evaluated the use of this product without the use of the SD card and decided that it was useless. Since the best they could do was offer me a higher priced product that would do what this was supposed to do, I decided that getting rid of it was my best option. Frankly, the limitations created by not being able to use the SD card make this product pretty worthless, and the Amazon Kindle will work much better for much less money. So, I dumped this tab on the last day. I will be looking at either the iPad Mini if I can get by with my one drive or the Surface pro from Microsoft if I need the SD. I would stay with Kindle, but the software limitations are super irritating and ridiculous. Samsung really let me down on this one.

I was very unhappy with tablet. Tablet unresponsive, page froze and kicked me off website. I ve had several Samsung tablets from inexpensive to higher priced and never experienced anything like this poor performance. Luckily, Amazon gave me a credit.

Very good tablet for business, surfing and movies. Excellent pixels.

This tablet is so slow I fell like i am using dial up internet and mine is fine, Took 4 hours to transfer info from my phone. Keyboard sucks, have to push hard to use.

Worked well for about 3 months. Now it wont start. We have tried everything the internet suggests, no luck. It sucks because i used it primarily for reading (i am visually impaired and need to enlarge fonts) now i cant read comfortably <3

Nice tablet. Has a bit of a lag but other than that I love it for my small hands. Its lightweight and fits into my small bookbag. Also, because I have the Samsung galaxy phone, its like a bigger version of my phone and made it easier to use.

My cell is a Samsung so I decided to keep my tablet the same. I bought this tablet for reading and watching movies. It does great at both. The Bluetooth works flawlessly.

MediaTek processors are so freaking slow. I can barely do any work with Gsuite.
