This was an exact match for the 8GB SODIMM already in place in my M710q, so now I have 16GB and its AWESOME!

I just tested with Memtest86. It passed.

Memory stick worked as advertised and matched the one in the picture

I buy this item to improve the performance of my laptop which has only 8gb ram and now with 16gb i can feel the difference.

Its exactly what my mb calls for but it wouldnt even try to boot after installing...reinstalled same ram different supplier and booted right up. Returned...

I bought this awhile ago and installed it in my laptop which was super easy. I have had no issues with it since that time and have used the laptop a lot for various purposes including gaming. It did speed up my computer a lot which is what I was looking for.
