the RAM I got was exactly what I ordered, and worked perfect for ASUS F510QA had to order 2, 8 gig stick of the ram for a total of 16 gigs

I received the RAM after about a month of waiting. Shipping was okay and somewhat timely. I proceeded to install the RAM after I received it and it turned out to be faulty. The part number and serial was exactly the same as in my laptop and my laptop worked just fine without the faulty card. I tried pretty much everything I could, reseating the RAM, trying different slots and even inserting into an another computer. My computer always failed during a bootup to Windows, resulting in a black screen.
