The Storage capacity device performs great but the cable that was included stopped working correctly after two weeks, thankfully I have another spare cable to use for it.

Works great but is very loud. Love it though.

It is nice to finally be able to have all my games loaded and not worry if theres enough memory

Holds alot of games and data I have maybe 13 games and have maybe reached 1/4 of what it can fully hold.. And I also have download big games also.

Recently I picked up a PS4 Pro and quickly was filling up the console storage. Decided to look at a few different external portable HDD. Felt that the 2TB drive would meet my storage demands. This drive was Official Licensed for Playstation. Normally that means a slightly higher price point, but this was a great deal. Connected the drive with the provided cable to my PS4 Pro and formatted the drive. Moved my downloaded games over to the new drive. Took a good day, but was well worth it. My PS4 Pro now has space on the original drive. The new drive has my currently downloaded games and games Im currently playing. No noise or heat issues. The drive works perfectly with the PS4 Pro. The front has the PS logo and Seagate is molded into the front as a big S. This is again the portable drive (no power cord needed) gets power from the provided cable and the PS4. See photos. I love how easy it was to set up. Just plug it in to where you would connect your 2nd game controller. And follow the instructions by clicking yes and that’s it. Very friendly user. Works great

Works when connected, if you have problems just turn everything off and reconnect. Dont call technical support, they are in India and know less than an 89 year old

I bought this for my PS4 (dec 21), and have kept all of my games on it. I only had one issue setting it up and that was the fact I did NOT plug it in FAST enough. I couldnt figure out why it was not being read by my PS4 and looked online, turns out that was the issue. I have since got a PS5 and its plug and play. All of my PS4 games were on there, I was able to access them and play them immediately. Although the game save data was saved directly to the PS4, so I did have to transfer that to the external HD (or upload to cloud and access from there) to be able to resume any games from my save points. All in all, worth the buy, love having the extra space for plenty of games!
