A very good devotional book for every body to read, and get a clearer understanding of Gods word. I bought several last year as Christmas gifts.

This is a great way to read the Bible through in a year. I have read it many times before and given it to friends and family.

The dated readings keep me on track with Daily QT. The comments in front are very pertinent for reflection on topics of faith presented. Have used it for several years in a daily time of devotion along with a hymnal. Highly recommend it for continued pursuit of things spiritual.

I received the Seasons of Reflection as a Christmas gift and it sat on my shelf for a long time. Finally I opened it and for almost a year I read the Bible and understood for the first time. I actually completed the book in less than a year. If you always wanted to read the Bible cover-to-cover, then this is the book for you. In modern English, Seasons of Reflection provides an orderly and contextual progression through the Old Testaments Psalms, and the New Testament that enabled me to comprehend the richness of the messages. I highly recommend this book regardless whether you have read the Bible before. It will provide new lessons and a bright perspective on the Word of God.

Awesome to read daily..

An overlooked book, but a real gem. I was given this book many years ago as a member of Tres Dias, in Seoul Korea. I will never get rid of this. On numerous occasions when my Bible study had become STALE, I returned to this book and turned to the current date...and just read the passages for that date. Each time, I picked up a new piece of knowledge that I would have overlooked had I not opened this book. I study the NIV and the King James Bible. This particular book is in the NIV and is useful as a different translation to make some words more relevant. Then I return to the King James version for the Aha...okay...I get it. moment. Again, a great resource when your Bible study lacks enthusiasm.
