We do not have carpet in our house so we do not need a big spinning brush vacuum. We ordered this one on sale and for the most part love it, it picks up they dirt and small items off the floor just fine and is very agile. However, within a couple of weeks we broke one of the clips that hols the main arm on the motor so every time we picked the head up off the ground the it would fall off. There was no misuse of the vacuum just normal, daily touchups. We did have a replacement arrive today so hopefully it wont happen again.

It’s seriously the worst vacuum I could have purchased and I regret it every day. It’s so flat with little suction to begin with, PLUS it only holds a charge for less than 5 minutes and it’s done that since day ONE.

for a five star rating on individual features? Two reasons. One is it has a round hole in the middle of the carpet attachment which means there is space on each end which apparently is for show rather than doing anything. The other reason is when you put it in the holder to charge or store a sneeze or sigh will make it tip over because of the holder not being high enough and it doesnt clip in strongly. I found that two uses of it is when it needs to recharge. The cup is small, but easy to rinse out. The rack seems to have a spot for three items to live in the attachment layer but I can only use two of them so the one in the middle stays empty. I have yet to find a good way to store the charging cord and I feel that the design could have been better. It does suck up the dirt without the need for a beater brush and I will use it for a long as it works. The handheld aspect is handy for the car and places the larger attachment (floor) doesnt work.

What can I say? This vacuum is amazing and my 3 year old would agree. I bought it to clean up toddler messes and small things around the house. It works perfect for that! My little ones love helping around the house with it. To my surprise my toddler brought the handheld section to me and there was water coming out of it. In fact, the entire canister was full of water. He decided the toilet needed vacuumed and vacuumed toilet water. Yep. Toilet water. I quickly disassembled the vacuum, let it dry and prayed it would still work. I just received it and was not ready to deal with the heartbreak of it being broken. After drying it the best I can and letting it sit for a few days, I put it back together and guess what? IT WORKS!!! So, while I don’t recommend using it for the toilet I am very impressed with its ability to withstand the wrath of a toddler.

Too short of battery life

For quick cleanups on vinyl floors. Good suction but not as powerful on carpet.

My entire home is LVP and this does great on that type of flooring. Love that this vacuum is so lightweight! I would not recommend this vacuum for rugs/carpet, except for quick clean ups only. I did deduct one star because it didn’t do great on my rugs and also because I only got about 15 minutes out of the battery and was not able to do all of my first floor without recharging.

This Shark vacuum is lightweight and easy to add extensions to when needed. It’s also pretty strong for a cordless vac, being able to sweep up a thick rug without chugging. Some downsides this model has include having an extremely short battery life-maybe 10 to 15 minutes per charge depending on how much workload it’s undergoing- and a small dirt cup, which means on heavily soiled floors you’re going to have to engage in multiple stops to empty it.

The long extension works best on hard floors. Barely works on carpet/rugs. Without the long extension, it works great.

Don’t get me wrong I do like the vacuum but I am giving 4 star because the battery dies way to fast, it’s good for fast cleaning and small house or room. Depending on how much you need to clean, won’t last 30min.
