We have 5 large dogs that roam the entire house (including longer haired ones like German shepherds, labs and goldens) + a small animal room with bunnies, Guinea pigs, ferrets, etc. Needless to say, there’s a lot of dirt, hair and bedding everywhere when we go to clean daily. This thing works amazingly. It really picks up all the dirt, sand and dog hair with no issues. The container where it stores all the mess may seem small but it’s enough space to get my living room, hallways, second living room/office space, dining room and kitchen before emptying it. And I’ve never had an issue with it clogging due to pet hair. Only problem I have is the suction part is right in the middle, so if you’re just going over the floor quickly, it won’t get the corners or around round objects good. You’ll have to take it apart to be the smaller handheld portion to get those spaces. And it takes quite a long time to charge so I recommend leaving it plugged in every time you’re not using it. Other than that, it’s definitely worth buying it.

Hello: I have purchased Shark CH964AMZ 2-in-1 Cordless & Handheld Vacuum Ultracyclone System on July 12, 2022 on Amazon.com. I have hardly used it (not more than 4 times) and now notice that the battery on the cordless unit is not charging. Since the product is fairly new (less than 6 months old), I have called customer service at Shark to inform, discuss , troubleshoot the issue via LIVE VIDEO CALL and the final outcome of the is: a. According to the representative, the charger to the handled unit might be faulty and hence not charging the cordless vacuum. b. The charger needed to charge this handheld (COREDLESS) unit is considered as an ACCESSORY. c. According to the policy of SHARK WARRANTY, accessories are NOT COVERED under warranty. d. Only the main unit or the CORDLESS vacuum is covered under warranty. e. Since the issue is with the charger which is an ACCESSORY (per troubleshooting steps done via LIVE VIDEO by the representative), even though the UNIT is less than 6 months OLD and it would not have mattered even if the unit was a month OLD, I was told that the ACCESSORY (CHARGER) should be purchased. f. I find it difficult to understand how the system as a WHOLE which should technically include Handheld Vacuum, Charger and Stand does NOT have the same warranty coverage. This is because, a handheld unit is PRACTICALLY USELESS WITHOUT A CHARGER. And if the CHARGER STOPS WORKING, even though it is only 5 months old, how could even possibly prove that the HANDHELD UNIT IS FAULTY (SHOULD THAT EVER HAPPEN) without a CHARGER? I would like to note my personal experience so that people are aware before purchasing this product and what could potentially happen in the event the same issue surfaces. I would NOT recommend this product. I was offered to purchase the ACCESSORY (CHARGER) and I have denied to do so because I should not be paying for something that is so UNRELIABLE and stops working within 6 months or less.

its really light weight,and real easy to empty the dirt .

The long extension works best on hard floors. Barely works on carpet/rugs. Without the long extension, it works great.

Lily, our rat terrier, is a constant shedder. I got this to help quickly control pet hair and I really like it. This vacuum cleaner is lightweight and very maneuverable. It doesnt have the suction of our big, super-duper Shark vacuum cleaner (which I do use for a deep vacuuming) but its perfect for in-between vacuuming. I like this so much that I bought the second one so we can have one on each floor of our big old house.

I bought one and love it. Im cheap. I bought a second one to leave out at the ranch, saved a few $ on this second one choosing Condition: Used - Like New - Item will come in original packaging. Its obviously never used, as-new, most of the packaging was unopened. ... But I discovered too late, beyond 30 day return when I went to use it, that the filter element was missing. Apparently someone returned it after stealing the filter element. I phoned Shark and they sent me a free filter. Thanks Shark! Now its complete, it really is as-new. Its great for all the dust we bring in, at the ranch. Folks check your Like New and Good items, before the 30 days is out!

Too short of battery life

So far works great! The suction is good but a little more power would make it perfect! I’m a mom of 3 very young children and I am constantly vacuuming our floors that are all wood and tile floors. This thing quickly sucks up the crumbs dirt and whatever else hits the floor. I also used it to vacuum the lint trap on the dryer and it worked great! I have rugs as well by my front door and in the kitchen and it worked well on those. The battery lasted long enough for me to do all of the floors and lint trap before the power light started to blink. A little longer battery life and just a little more suction and I would give this full stars all the way around. Price was a little up there I thought but we will see how long it lasts.

This vacuum is great for hardwood floors. It goes under furniture easily and suction is good. If you have rugs or carpet this isn’t the best vacuum, it is much better on hard floors.

I like this it doesn’t pick up that well on carpet great on other kinds of floors
