We have 6 fur kids in the home, 4 of which are cats, so we have LOTS of fur. Were in the middle of a remodel that necessitates a litter box being in our bedroom, causing there to always be litter scattered over the floors. We have mostly LVP flooring, and this stick vac is exactly what I need for everyday cleanup. Suction power is effective and adequate for bare floors; it easily picks up kitty litter, along with fur and anything else that makes it to the floor. Ive also used the pet attachment to clean fur from upholstered furniture, and it worked fine, although Ill continue to use my standard plug-in canister vacuum for most of that task. The design allows me to easily reach under furniture. The canister can be removed and hung onto the front of the device while charging and storing, so the cleaner stands upright on its own; no need to lean it against something for support or to hang it on the wall. The dust bin can be emptied without removing from device, but it also can be detached for ease of cleaning. I have not used it on carpet, because I didnt purchase it for that purpose, but Im not sure the suction would be powerful enough to pull dirt from thicker pile/plush carpet. Im very pleased with this device and would highly recommend it for bare floors and light upholstery cleaning, regardless of whether you have pets.

I really like the idea of a stick vacuum. And I like this one. It’s so much easier than a corded vac. BUT… 2 callouts: 1- The vacuum works great when you’re moving forward. But if you try to back up and vacuum anything as you back over it, forget it. I was shocked to learn this because I’ve never had a vacuum that doesn’t pick up stuff when it goes backwards. I’ve tried dozens of times and every single time it fails. 2- even though this vacuum is lightweight overall, if you have delicate shoulders you need to be careful. When the vacuum is in the carpet mode, It’s self-propelled and pulls at your arm. I never knew I had delicate shoulders until I used this vacuum. I just need to switch between my right and left hand so my right shoulder doesn’t get over-taxed.

This vacuum is the one I didnt know would make me enjoy vacuuming! So lightweight, easy to use for both hardwood and carpeted floors, and so easy to empty the canister.

I have one of those robot vacuums. However there are times when I dont want to run it for a smaller area they may have had a spill or dirt thats tracked in. Also the robot vacuum doesnt get every where due to furniture placement etc. We also have 3 cats who love to kick their kitty litter out of the box :/. Lastly I was looking for a cordless hand held unit for car cleanup. This tackles all these items like a champ. The attachments are versatile enough to allow convenient cleaning. The only thing you should be aware of is that in the cases Ive listed the battery life has been plenty, but you wont be doing a whole house in one go. The unit has great suction, so the battery life might be a trade off in this case.

This vacuum is good and convenient. It doesn’t pick up as well as like a bigger one would, but it works great for a quick vacuum.

I love this vacuum besides getting an awesome deal. It works fantastic, my son he is 8 and he can use it with ease. It’s very light weight and suction power is amazing. I have 3 Shih Tzus and a cat and you can’t tell I own any pets my home is fur free!!! Even my car I can use the vacuum for my car floors. I love it. Best vacuum I ever own.

Works great picking up pet hair from my constantly shedding dog but unfortunately the wheels are caked up in pet hair that I can’t get out which causes it to not roll smoothly.

My mom loved my Dyson V7. I liked it but felt like it was built like a kids toy, so much cheap flexible plastic! Tried this one out as it seemed very comparable to the Dyson and another friend had a shark wond model that impressed me. It works! I guess thats assumed but it does suck stuff up off your floor. It is just a bit weaker on suction than the Dyson but I was pleasantly surprised that it wouldnt shut off constantly when vacuuming a shag throw rug we have under my bed (like the Dyson would). So it may take an extra pass that you would likely be doing anyway, but it doesnt shut off. I also found the run time to be very similar to the Dyson. If the two were the same price Id have a very hard time choosing (that wall mount for the Dyson is pretty slick) but at MSRP... This one is a no hesitation purchase.

Ive used dysons version of this vacuum previously, so when comparing the suction power is a little better but this one is just a tad heavier. No complaints!

I just got my new 1x144AMZ cordless vacuum and so far I love it, except for one thing. The rectangular accessory brush is too wide and the bristles too short to clean corners and shelves properly. I would prefer one that is round and has longer bristles, which my the one with old corded Meile has. The Miele is heavy and awkward to lug around the house, but I fear I must get it out to clean shelves, floor corners and edges properly.

The Shark Rocket Cordless Stick Vacuum combines deep-cleaning suction with cordless convenience. Powerful suction delivers deep cleaning on both hard floors and carpets while its lightweight design and removable handheld vacuum allow for cleaning from floor to ceiling. Convenience doesn’t stop after use-the XL dust cup features CleanTouch technology for hands-off debris disposal.
