Easy to assemble, no bag hassle and not bad to clean, but I dont like how heavy it is to carry and vacuuming stairs.

I purchased my vac in July of 2022 and continued to use my old vac until Jan. 2023. Why is this important, due to the fact I did not use my new vac for months I was not aware the floor rotating brush was not working at all. I tried all online troubleshoot suggestions to no avail. I finally called Shark explained I was remiss in the ‘ make sure it works when arrives dept.’ and was surprised that Shark can access your phone camera and troubleshoot any issues you may have (with permission of course). We were not only able to find a solution but I was given accessory order numbers for additional items I wanted. The upright vac has great suction, very easy disposal of dirt without buying bags yea, ease of mobility, and removal of top canister for wall and or dusting projects. I have always bought high priced complicated heavy vac’s in the past…. not anymore, great lightweight vac, fantastic service!

This is a first impression review based on features and a first use to vacuum my whole house. Pros: The suction is absolutely amazing. It almost sticks to the floor when vacuuming a low height area rug. The swivel feature is great for reaching under furniture. Its lightweight but still very powerful.[[ The detach feature and the arm are convenient and lightweight. Cons: The upholstery attachment doesnt have a hard attachment to the suction arm. It just sort of wiggles into place but because the suction of the vacuum is so good, the upholstery attachment pops off easily. I had to hold it into place with my free hand as I was vacuuming my couch. That was rather disappointing since vacuuming my couch was a big reason why I bought this vacuum. It accomplishes that goal but is not as easy as I would have hoped. Maybe in time I will figure out a way to do it easier? No other cons, really...

We have tile floors and use only a light weight vacuum with no brushes and not great suction. The NV360 Navigator has great suction which had to be adjust to a lesser pull to avoid dragging the small area rugs. My wifes allergies were immediately affected by dust stirred up by the brushes. That did not seem to be from any leak in the dust cup but may have been from the brush. The Navigator pulled a significant amount of dirt/dust from the small rugs. Will test for dust issues when use again next week.

So I first bought this back in February 2020. It worked like a beast until November 2022, when it took an accidental tumble down my stairs and the hose literally split and popped beyond repair. I was sad. So I bought a new one, which was much harder to find, but find one I did! I kept the old ones canister and attachments to have extras on hand. Now for my review: It is the best vacuum Ive owned that gets up pet hair. I have one double-coated dog and three cats that seem to never stop shedding. It has excellent suction and picks up more than any other vacuum Ive owned. Its still kind of bulky clunky when detaching to clean stairs, but it still works - you just have to put in effort. The con of this vacuum other than not being invincible against stair tumbling - its so top heavy that it rarely will stand up by itself like most upright vacuums. It just falls over - while you are vacuuming with the hose and while storing it. I have to lean it in my cleaning closet so it doesnt fall over. Thats my only complaint with it.

I needed a good vacuum to pick up pet (cat) hair. I have been using a fairly expensive Simplicity vacuum cleaner but I didnt think it was picking up all the pet fur. After reading reviews, I chose this Shark, I am so surprised how great this works. It really does a great job collecting cat fur in my carpets. I highly recommend

Picks up just about anything you need it to. I like the fact that the handle and the hose is detachable. Either with the wand or just the handle. Easy to use.

I’ve owned kirby’s and dyson’s and this budget saving Shark vacuum has far stronger suction than the expensive counterparts. From this day forward I will stick with shark for my vacuum needs.

The suction is great and it is so easy to clean! I have long hair and a dog. This vacuum picks it all up and is makes hair easy to remove from the floor bristles. It also works on my small areas of hardwood floors. Great for the price!

This vacuum has a whole lot of sucking power! I was surprised at how easy it is to handle! Love it!
