SHIMANO SPD-SL Cleat Set

One of the things I really like about Amazon is how easy it is to look up past orders. So, I did just that with my orders for the Shimano Road Pedal Cleats. Im reordering these cleats every 3 months or so because a key part of the cleat wears down. In specific, the yellow side tab wears down, and the result is that the shoes do not securely stay in the pedal. I ride almost every day, so I dont mind spending money on bike supplies, but, Im wondering, could Shimano could use a different compound which would make the pedal more durable? This cleats got stuck on bike and had to fall off the bike in middle of ride due to this. Tried to return and was asked so many questions as to why. I have never been asked so many questions concerning why i wanted to return an item. Do yourself a favior and do not buy anything from this seller. You will ony waste your time and money.

Shimano doesn’t disappoint- durable and easy to install

My husband got this cleat set because he is an avid rider and he says Shimano is a reliably good brand. Hes had them for a while and they are good quality.

I have used the Shimano yellow 6* floating cleats for as long as I can remember, and I have resisted using the red no float cleats for fear of no room to move if I wanted to, but the blue cleats are surprisingly comfortable and I am able to totally engage my pedals for maximum power output.

Easy to install. Not very durable, worn out after first use.
