Unlike the rest of the mats Ive seen, this one has a raised edge which prevents things from spilling easily. It is super easy to clean, and rolls up when not in use. It even comes with a little silicone thread to keep it rolled. Great quality, great idea, and I love how much easier it makes working with dough.

I ordered this without first measuring the space I was expecting to use it in. It turned out to be considerably larger than my available counter space but I figured out that I could completely clear off that area each time and it will fit perfectly when turned 90 degrees. Ive used it once so far to make biscuits and it worked well.

I live in a 1879 farmhouse and we like to keep it original. HOWEVER.... making pie crust or roll out cookies on old counters is impossible..this is WONDERFUL ♥️♥️♥️

Exactly what I wanted. It is a good size and was easy to clean and rolled to store.

I am a home cook and also a baker lover. I didnt have a proper mat that I could use for kneading a dough so I gave this one a try. I really love this mat. It is easily foldable and stored easily while large enough to do the kneading. It is also easily cleaned in the dishwasher. I knead dough for bread and also making noodles and it works perfectly.

I make sourdough bread and it can be sticky at first before you start working it. Not with this mat. I am able to knead my dough without any problems. My husband use to use an old hard plastic rolled up mat that wouldnt stay flat whenever he made his pizza dough. One time with this and the rolled up mat went into the garbage. So many great colors is the bonus. We really like this one!
