Makes measuring pie crust easy. Works well on any flat surface. Keeps excess flour contained within mat and is very easy to clean.

I make sourdough bread and it can be sticky at first before you start working it. Not with this mat. I am able to knead my dough without any problems. My husband use to use an old hard plastic rolled up mat that wouldnt stay flat whenever he made his pizza dough. One time with this and the rolled up mat went into the garbage. So many great colors is the bonus. We really like this one!

I like the edging to help keep the ingredients on the mat.

I ordered this without first measuring the space I was expecting to use it in. It turned out to be considerably larger than my available counter space but I figured out that I could completely clear off that area each time and it will fit perfectly when turned 90 degrees. Ive used it once so far to make biscuits and it worked well.

I bought this after my 30yo tupperware mat finally got cut (with a pastry divider). It came very quickly but was missing the roll tie so I reached out and they sent a new mat with tie in 2 days! Awesome customer service imho. I can’t really speak to the heat resistance since I have only used it for making breads, rolls, pastry etc. so that is why 4 and not 5 stars, but it is marked with a thermometer symbol and 40/220 so I presume it is quite heat tolerant. Only have had the mat a week, will return with more stars if it hold up!

This thing is perfect it sticks to the counter and does not move. Great design with the lip on the edge make clean up a breeze.

This is a great product. It gives ma a huge area to roll dough or make other messes on the counter. When done, simply wash it and roll it back up for storage. I’m very pleased.

Heat resistance? No idea and dont care. Thats not why we purchased it. We needed a thick silicone mat to press out our hamburger meat. One that would not roll up and stay flat while you used it. This thing is easy to clean, rolls up and back out easily. The silicone tie is very handy that came with it. Stays where you lay the mat down. Has edges so if liquids are involved will stay on the mat not your floor. Well within reasonable amounts anyway. Use a cup or more it will probably overflow. Biscuits, bread and pie dough would work extremely well. Even has dimensions and circles to make your pie shapes easier and to scale.

I liked it had size measurements and is easily stored.
