Turn the computer on and ot kept freezing and crashing. Never got to use it. This was the 3rd computer ordering from Amazon & sending it back. Do not buy from 3rd parties. On the detail or information for the computer, it said nothing about used computer. The Amazon Rep I spoke to said He can see it om his end that it says Used: Like New. Although when I spoke to another Rep she said she doesnt see it saying that. Ughhh

My son has had this PC for over a year now and he is very happy with it

I’ve had the Pc for about a week and so far it is really good for the price. Beginners will love this pc 100%. There’s room for upgrade if you ever need something more. Overall great gaming pc.

Its definitely not for gaming it has a hell of a time running candy crush on it plus its thermal overheating heating up to 198 degrees running super hot I definitely am seeking to return this item soon.

Good computer, did have issues in the first week with power supply connection being not entirely connected but customer support was able to help me

After quite a bit of research and not being very tech savvy I rolled the dice on this being a good choice for MS Flight Simulator 2020. I won. It works perfectly. When I got it, I had a question and was pleasantly shocked to get immediate help on the phone from a Skytech tech. The keyboard and mouse are great added plusses. I’m really happy with this purchase.

I have had this PC since June of last year, for 9 months, and nearly every update I get I always get an alert that says, your PC does not have the requirements available to update. I have uninstalled & reinstalled my NVEDIA, gotten a PC health check app, looked at reviews, etc. I have done everything in my power to find out why this occurs, but to no avail. This is the only current problem with my PC and I was wondering if anyone had a solution. This is my first PC as well, and unfortunately, I am not tech savvy.

I love it. It runs like a champ and there was virtually no set-up obviously because its a pre-built PC! The keyboard that came with it had a slight issue of the space bar sticking, so I just bought a replacement keyboard since I wanted a white anyway. The mouse was cool and worked great, but again, I swapped it out for a white one. The PC itself has no issues at all, and I even spilled iced coffee on it like a week or two into getting it and the filter on top saved it from pouring straight in. Some did get on the components inside but I was able to kill the power and clean it out with rubbing alcohol and it still works perfectly! Now I do not bring drinks or liquids near it. Anyway, I bought this for the graphics card and it did not disappoint. Games look AMAZING running on this thing, and I am so happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend!
