Vesync receptacles work very well with the Vesync app. We own many of them and we are very happy with the results. Excellent products that work with Alexa. Extremely satisfied.

Ive bought other brand smart plugs and was very disappointed. I came back to this brand because it was easy to set up in an app on my phone and the app is easy to use. If the power goes out it resets itself without me having to reinstall the plug. I had a few others that I had to reinstall everytime the power went out. One also had confusing instructions on the app for setting on/off times. As I said, this one is very easy to use and I plan to buy more.

I have had two of these smart plugs get stuck on, while drawing 1200 watts, which is roughly 10 amps. This is annoying having to either tap the plug or unplug entirely to turn off, which defeats the purpose of having one.

Didn’t work with Alexa.

I have one of these that works great, but the 2nd one I bought is faulty. If you press the side button to turn it on or off, the LED light on the plug changes, but it never actually turns the power on or off on the plug. Using the app to turn the switch on or results in the same behavior.

These are great because they handle a 20 amp load very easy set-up too.

I have several of these through the house.

I have a moccamaster coffee maker which is phenomenal for making coffee but light on features (i.e. there is an on/off switch). This smart plug can handle the high amperage and wattage, and paired easily with both my Alexa and google mini (I have both, cause thats how I roll). Now, my coffee is ready by the time I get to the kitchen. A++
