We received this as a gift for my 3 year old son a couple years ago. He LOVED it and still plays with it at the age of 5. Great tool for teaching little ones problem solving, logical thinking, and patience. Even I enjoyed figuring out the master puzzles. We loved it so much that we purchased it as a gift for our 3 year old niece.

A wonderful way for children to learn patterns as well as creating styles of their own. The blocks are sturdy, well crafted and pleasing to the eye. The price was a steal for such a quality product.

This game is a lot of fun and makes your toddler think. My 5 year old can go through most of the games without much problem but still enjoys it. My 3 year old finds it challenging.

We are using this game in a special needs classroom. Its fantastic for following steps, motor planning, visual perception and fine motor skills. Our OT LOVES the game. I had bought the game previously but my children lost two of the pieces. I wrote to the company to see if I could get replacements and although it took a few weeks, they did respond and send me new pieces. Of course I already bought a new one by that time because I thought they didnt get my email but at least they will replace missing pieces and now I have two full sets so thats okay.

My child (3.5 yrs) spent a good 30 minutes when she first received this puzzle toy. She continues to love it and, more importantly it seems, it makes me feel good that she has an educational toy. At the end of the day, Im not sure how much of these edu toys are really going to enhance my child beyond what she would have achieved without it and through play with non edu toys, but what the heck - the marketing people have got me. On the more serious side, it is made well (although I didnt have the toy tested for chemicals) except that for certain lots, the coloring of the orange picture is sometimes represented as yellow in the book.

We love this game, all age versions of it. It is one of the toys you can comfortable buy as a gift for girls and boys and the parents are happy too. It is challenging and fun at the same time.

This is such a great simple toy. This year we set a rule with family no toy that uses batteries at first we thought it would be very difficult but with products like this we are very happy. Our daughters love playing this more than their hand held electronic devices. It is very durable and great as a traveling toy. We now bring this with us when we visit family. Highly recommend excellent purchase.

Jigsaw puzzles are great for kids, but what do you do when your child is ready to move on to something more that will challenge them once again? If you are reading this review, you know the answer. Castle Logix is probably the best puzzle/game that youve never heard of. So simple in concept and yet so thought provoking for your child. The 12 starter challenges use 3 of the 4 blocks, and all 3 of the towers. Your child stacks the blocks to match the picture in the book. 12 junior challenges add the 4th block into the mix. The 12 expert challenges involve balancing the blocks and towers in some way so that they dont fall rather than just stacking them. Finally, the 12 master challenges use the non-painted side of the blocks, forcing your older child to really tax their brain to match up the blocks. For my child, 3&1/2 was the perfect age to start with these. We start with the first challenge each time and build up to the stopping point every time we bring these out, adding a new challenge in the play-session if she is ready. Watching your kid work through and get closer and closer to the solution is just plain awesome. Even if/when they get stuck, you know they are actually exercising their brain because you can see the results as they manipulate the blocks. Castle Logix is durable, portable, enjoyable, doesnt take batteries and will actually help to teach your child how to think and use logic. You will be hard-pressed to find a better toy/gift for a kid in the 3-6 range.

My son got this as a gift from a cousin. Its one of my favorite toys. I enjoy solving the problems just as much as he does. Ive now given it to friends as a gift and they ask Where did you get that? At three my son wasnt quite ready for it, but by four he definitely could do the beginning puzzles himself.
