Very bad service. Its impossible to get a Sony service agent, neither by phone nor for a chat

Never knew how loud my workspace really was until I got these

I have just contacted Sony for replacement. This is the second replacement. The noise cancellation on the first pair failed after a few months. Charging has completely stopped on the replacement pair. Sony support was awesome. It seems this is one of their poorer developed/built items. i recommend against purchasing due to multiple defective units I have received.

Great for noise cancelling but it have me a splitting headache. Had to return because Id rather use earbuds

I love these headphones! They have all the features and do all the tricks. The music pauses when I speak and resumes when Im done so I dont have to take my hands away from my work. The noise cancelling is great even when Im not listening to anything. And the battery is ridiculous. I gym for at least 2hrs a day and I can go two weeks without needed to charge!

They’re great for noise cancellation. Here are few things I didn’t like: you have to download an app for connectivity it’s not a simple Bluetooth connection. The music pause, play and skip options that are located on one of the headphones is finicky and not user friendly.

I connected these to my iPhone, my work computer, my home computer. Wow, do these sound great.

been using it almost everyday and long hours。 the battery life is just a killer！ i only charged it one time for the last week。 and i like the materiel， its tender and lighter， the most comfortable over ear headphone i ever had。 i think i will be keep wearing this thing everyday。I like my air pod pro too but its so ez to use between my phone and computer with the 2 Bluetooth device connectivity， and also the call quality seems to be much better with my Huawei phone then the airpod pro so yah i love it。

I’ve wanted these for a while and got the used, which wasn’t too bad. Saved a buck and they arrived in pristine condition, legit thought they were brand new.

i use them every day and the noise cancellation is great but they are kind of uncomfortable and the mic isn’t great but i never use the mic anyways. 100% recommend
