Fixed the controller bavk to new in an hour. Thanks! A+ Also when you put the back plastic back on make sure you press the LT and RT buttons all the way down so it slides right in.

Finally fixed the inconsistent LB and RB buttons plaguing my Elite 2 the last 2+ years. Instructional video walks you through every step of way including the reassembly, which most others never show. If you have a solder kit and even no solder experience you should do this. Why spend another $130-$180 on another controller or have Microsoft replace the controller until the warranty runs out for the same thing to happen over and over again? Get this kit and fix it once and for all. Comes with 10 switches to fix up to 5 controllers.

Works good, button was ever so slightly bigger than the old button may need sanding. After about 6 months button has started double clicking but it comes with a lot of buttons

With the YouTube video and recommended tools, install was pretty simple. Controller works great now. Beats getting a refurbed one from Microsoft in place of my brand new one.

The buttons are a exact match for the Xbox controllers. To install them takes some time. Removing the buttons and resoldering the new ones is not a quick task. Advanced soldering skill is required.

Switches themselves work fine and are as advertised. My issue is with whoever does packaging on these things for Soss. The box was sealed, but when I opened it the metal pry tool was not there. They even have a space in the plastic where it should have been. That was part of the deciding factor for me between this kit and another companys. If youre looking for new switches, theyll work, but what you components of the kit you actually get may be a surprise.
