Greater than one weekThe product came in a huge box and could probably have been assembled except for the handle which was the easiest part to assemble. There are no instructions, only pictures. Attaching the hammer on lug nut was very difficult. It doesnt sit on the metal rods. Its kind of tipsy, so you have to hold it and try not to hit your fingers as you hammer it on. Or try using a needle nosed pliers to hold it while you try to squeeze a hammer over it in the wheel wells. After I got on two wheels, I had to use part I (no parts are identified by name only by picture) as a holder for the hammer on lug nut and pound on the rod for the third wheel. It worked great, except the black hub cap over the hammer on lug nut stuck in the holder. Then the metal rod was slightly smashed from the hammering and it was very difficult to get on the last nut. It appears to be very stable, turns very easily and is very durable plastic. Assembly is not easy. The instructions on line are the same as in the packaging....pictures only.

Greater than one weekHad to nail in some parts because of missing screws. which was not discovered right away and too late to return the item. Not safe at all for kids as the wheels could fall off anytime. Should not be sold to transport kids!

Greater than one weekThis is the 3rd wagon I bought. And, Ive been pleased with all but this one. It will work and we are keeping it but, the other two have a door for the child to open and close to get in and out instead of climbing over the top. I didnt pay close enough attention to this one. So, please note: It does not have a door. Again, I am keeping it but was disappointed about the door and want everyone else to know before buying. Other than that, the wagon is good and enjoyable by my grandchild.

> 3 dayVery durable and my kids love it. I only gave it 4 stars though because it’s VERY loud. Not easy to walk and talk with anyone.

> 3 dayThis wagon was an immediate hit for our 19 month old grandson. The instructions arent great and I ended up with a few extra parts after assembling, but it still works fine. Definitely worth the money.

Greater than one weekI originally planning to get the radio flyer wagon that was made like this but this one was more affordable and does the same thing as the radio flyer. Step 2 is a great brand and Ive always been happy with their products so I thought Id give this a shot. I was not disappointed.

> 3 dayMy grand daughter loves being pulled around in this wagon. Its a perfect size.We have not tried putting 2 kids into it yet but it seems like it would work fine. The cup holder is a nice addition. It rolls very well on grass and our sport court. When given the opportunity to swing or wagon she always picks the wagon!

> 3 dayPurchased this for a 1 yr old. She loves it and the wagon is very roomy. It fits 3 kids, age 5, 4 , and 1 comfortably. The ride is very comfortable ! This makes a great gift and you wont regret making this purchase. Only con is the instructions. Terrible instructions! Personally I disregard the instructions.
