> 3 dayI bought this umbrella for my darling 2 1/2 year old friend because he very reluctantly relinquished his Daddy’s umbrella. The child loves the umbrella so much he wants to use it always, even when not raining. It is almost a problem. Of course, he loves the fire trucks, he loves all trucks and construction vehicles. As to sturdiness - who knows? Is anything toddler-proof? We just got it a week ago. But it looks like the photo and is toddler size.

> 3 dayMy 5 year old loved this umbrella but the string that connects the umbrella to the spokes broke within a few days so now it does not open all the way. Super cute and she loves it but maybe not very well made.

> 3 dayI bought this umbrella for my grandson who is three and loves trucks. Manufacturers need to remember that when they’re making products for kids they must be durable, even umbrellas. This umbrella, sadly, broke the first day it arrived. Naturally, my three year old grandson wanted to play with it as he was excited to have it. It broke within minutes. He’s played with my adult umbrella many times and never broken it so I really believe this is a quality issue. It is a cute umbrella however.

> 3 dayMy granddaughter loved it! The colors in it are pretty--pink and teal are the main colors! No one has one like it at her school! I keep it at my house being I take her to school! A pretty little umbrella for little girls! I just wish the handle was heavier but it sure does serve our purpose!

> 3 dayThe connection of fabric to spoke is only a single thread. The first gust of wind ripped it. I was very disappointed as (while I know kids items don’t last forever) I hoped to get a season out of it.
