For some reason, the local brick and mortar stores carry the green ones. They are much larger than these. Lots of people tell me that I have a big mouth but it isnt that big! These are perfect. Far better than toothpicks. These are shaped to fit. Just be gentle with them. Put one in your mouth first and let it get primed and it will become much more flexible (and durable). Then go to town.

In between brushing my teeth, the stim-u-dent, cleans and stimulate my gums.

My husband and I have used these for years along with dental floss. Great tool to use at home for removing plaque.

Glad I can still get these reliable Stimudents! You have to familiarize with the proper techniue (your dentist will show you) they massage the gums and of course get particles out before brushing. I use them several times a day and the dentist always compliments me on superlative cleaning and oral health. For some reason the pharmacies and big box stores no longer carry these.

We use these thin Stim-U-Dents constantly. They are much better and easier to use than ordinary toothpicks.

I got the Mint ones. They work well. I have small spaces between some of my teeth, and these help clean those areas and stimulate the gums, nicely. They are pretty sturdy as long as they are worked properly. No need to push them into the teeth; gently probing while removing plaque, works best. After years of being without Johnson & Johnson Stim-u-Dents, Im happy to find an able replacement. Its bad news for my dentist, though, because I have healthier teeth when I have these little wood picks.
