Really nice unit. Like having a side light opposite the clip without the need for a right angle.

poor design, flashlight shouldnt be that slippery, also battery insertion isnt practical you need to gut the whole torch

My husband wouldnt let me use his flash light.... ugghhh so I said, fine Ill go buy myself one meany. So this little bad boy showed up and now he wants to use my flash light all the time. The flash light is so light weight, love the bright color you cant possibly not ever loose it. I love the part to clip on your shirt and use the little flashlight. I especially love the clip part, I hang it on the branches above my grill and let it hang. Perfect for night time when I cant see the food on the grill. This flash light has been such a big hit around my house I bought 3 people one for Christmas because they liked mine. And, no, my husband wasnt included in those 3. HA

I never imagined Id like a flashlight this much. It reminds me of the elegance of a mag-light but its much more durable. This is the only flashlight I will buy from now on. Pros: - A button for each light - No modes to click through, just on/off. YES! - Just the right size & weight - Great for working in an attic hands free - Not rechargeable Cons: - Not rechargeable

Bought this for my brother-in-law for Christmas and got to play with it after he opened it (my wife made me wait). A very nice light! I was very impressed. Especially clever is that the clip is positioned so that you can hang off your shirt and use the flood light hands free. If I were to do it again, however, I would have bought the version with the magnets as It would work better as a work/trouble light with them. I also feel they could have included a small flat section on the side, or something, so that it could be placed on the ground and point the flood light upwards without it falling over. This would make it better as a work light it you need to crawl under a car. EDIT: I realized after I wrote this that it can be stabilized from falling over, with the flood light pointed upwards, by simply closing the clip over a short stick or other tool. Problem solved!

My son had a career as a police officer. To a cop, a reliable flashlight is one of his most important sources of equipment. Right up there with his weapon! So, when I needed a replacement for my mag light, I asked him for a recommendation. His reply was he ALWAYS uses the STREAMLIGHT brand. Listen to a professional.

I cant comment on the battery life as Im still on my first set of batteries. The feature that sold me was the downward facing light. It is difficult to walk and point a flashlight down without occasionally flashing the light all over the campsite and disturbing everyone else. The downward facing beam lets you hold the flashlight naturally giving you more control over the light. The regular beam is controlled by a different button and you can have both lights on simultaneously if needed. This isnt the light for you if you are trying to spot a moose at 200 yards ut, if you want a good flashlight for around the house or campsite, this is for you.

I like these flashlights. Light weight and bright. Ive owned 3 so far. Only issue with them is they cant take much of a impact. Ive been at rest with one clipped to my belt, it comes off falls maybe 2.5 feet and the clip breaks off. Dropping will happen if your using it at work all the time. Redesign the way clip fastens to light.

This is the same flashlight that my son’s refinery in Sulphur, LA uses for their refinery fire department. It is durable and works fine for goats and chickens early in the morning and late at night. The amount of light is more than adequate.
