Streamlight 74303 Strion LED Flashlight with AC Charger, Black - 260 Lumens

I bought this as a back up for work as a mechanic. It works just as good as the one I got off the Matco truck for twice the price. Streamlight makes good stuff so I wasnt in doubt to begin with. The only problem is the battery life on max brightness but if you hold the power button is will dim. I think max brightness battery is 2.5 hrs and low is like 6-8 hrs but I could be wrong

I wish it was a little brighter but for its size, output and beam it’s pretty impressive. I’ve dropped it multiple times with no issues. Will update if a problem arises. * Update as of March of 2019: No issues after a good year of use. Looks practically brand new. The beam isn’t too bad for only 260 lumens or whatever it is. For what it is it’s a good light. If you want something brighter get the HL High Lumen. ** Update as of Oct. 2020 - this light is my go to for not only me but also my family. Absolutely no issues with this light at all. Still performs like it did when I got it. I expect to have this light for a long time. ** Update as of Dec. 2021: Still works as if it’s brand new. It’s been dropped plenty of times and is starting to show some wear/use but the quality is still high. No issues. Great light. Worth the money.

We have two others exactly the same light and they are great, but this time as soon as the battery needed charged the first time we put it on the charger and now it wont turn on.

I use a flashlight everyday. The only reason I purchased this flashlight is because it is rechargeable, having to buy batteries every two weeks became expensive. Only thing I didnt like is it doesnt come with a holder, that is really my fault though for not reading description. Light is very bright and the 3 different levels are very convenient when trying to see something close. I love that it came with two chargers, one for a 120 outlet and other for a vehicle outlet. You just put on charge at night when you put phone on charge and if you forget and need a charge you have charger in vehicle. I have dropped light several times from chest height and off 6 ladder with no damage. Only thing to watch for is if light starts to not want to turn off or on or not changing settings its probably just needing a charge. I have not yet used enough in a work day to run battery dead. Perfect size and weight only thing missing besides holder is beam isnt adjustable, not really an issue for me.

Love these lights!! A daughter and her husband have used these for ten plus years in law enforcement and never a problem. So we bought some.

From what I am told, this is the flashlight that a lot of law enforcement officers use so what could be a better recommendation than that?! Their life could actually depend on a reliable flashlight and you will understand why they chose this flashlight over any other. It is built like a tank, has a brilliant light that is almost too strong, and great battery life. I threw away all of my other flash lights and purchased two more of these. They are crazy expensive but I think they are worth every penny.

This light is always with me on duty. It is incredibly bright and lasts a long time between charges. The hex design also good for putting the light on any surface so the light doesnt roll off. It also takes a beating with me and has not failed me once. I cant say enough about it. I have bought a few of these as presents and also mounted one on my rifle. I originally bought a package deal that came with two (2) chargers (AC & DC) so I didnt need any chargers with this purchase FYI. Great light.
