only down side is the price but as they say you get what you pay for and i do not regret it one bit. a side note... if you are like me and only make short trips and plan on using the car charger, make sure it is on a power port that stays on. the short charging cycles, form short distance drives, do nothing to charge the battery.

After 13yrs in Law Enforcement I have grown to trust streamlight. This Particular one however exceeded my expectations. With the focused beem along with its level of brightness I couldnt ask for more. The other feature being the strobe is a great addition to the flashlight it grants the officer in the field another defensive mechanism. The only problem I had was the wall adaptor for the charger was defective but the car charger worked perfectly. I called Amazon.com customer service and the lady I spoke with not only was extremely helpful but she found the replacement part and credited me for the cost of the part + shipping and an additional $10.00 to compensate for my troubles.

I had seen one of these in use by a police officer: -- went to my local law enforcement supply store and found the same item -- a bit too pricey, though; -- decided to give Amazon a shot -- they beat the store price by thirty bucks; -- their reviews gave a precise idea of what the prouct was and how it could be expected to perform; -- they delivered with hyper-space speed, and the light was exactly what I hoped; incredibly bright, tough and useful. ( an elegant weapon for a more civilized age) Outstanding product at a reasonable price, delivered swiftly: what more could anyone expect?

Bought for my hubby for Christmas and he thinks it’s amazing! We took it on our camping trip and the distance you could see with this flashlight is unbelievable!

This is a nice flashlight very bright , rugged great battery life is great I use it when taking my dogs outside at night. This is my second flashlight my daughter (a police officer) gave me my first one I liked it so much I purchased a second one for upstairs and one down

This was not a good used flashlight !!! It came wrapped in a plastic bag with the chargers inside with the light , The flashlight did not work , nor would it charge with the charger !! I tried to put a charged battery in the light and it still didnt work !! This is not a model # 75813 !! I am sending this light back and I would like a replacement #75813 that I can use for work and depend on the light for safety purposes with two switches and more dependable !! Thank you for your time in correcting this problem !! If you send a new light in the box with the two switches and two chargers I would gladly pay for it !!

Perfect for a fire investigator

I bought a few flashlights to compare. I wanted to be able to scan my woods. These pics show two streamlight flashlights. The Streamlight ProTac HL 5-X is much, much better for not too much more. The stinger is ok for a household flashlight but even then I would not get it. The snap in charger is not user friendly. Snapping it in is a tight fit and I felt like I was going to break it

If you’re on the fence, just buy the light. I’ve had mine for 7 years and it’s been through the grind. It’s my go to light for everything and I’ve only replaced the battery once. Streamlight products have never let me down and I’ll continue to buy from them.

I love this flashlight. But it wasn’t long ago that it just stopped working. Like it would literally just turn off while I was using it... I don’t know why... it was always charged and ready to use. Since then I had to get another one. * I couldn’t return the product because the return date had passed. Just thought I would give my input on the product. ** Update as of Oct. 2020 - Turns out the reason the light turned off is because the battery had died or broken. I order another battery and charged it up and the light turned back on and was working again. Because of this fix I am changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars (just keep a look out on the battery).
