Normally theses are great flashlights, but this one seems to be a reject that was not in great working order. Very disappointed!!

I got this for my job doing security work, and it’s great. In a well lit parking lot I can still see the beam across the lot. I do like the 3 brightness mode for if I need to use it but don’t need the full output.

Purchased two of these for work.....just went to use both for the first time and one is DEAD....will not function...have switched batteries between the two and that is not the issue...added new batteries and not the issue....perplexed...just opened up my Amazon account to return the DEAD ONE and lo and behold it says my return deadline expired YESTERDAY Nov 27.....thats BS....CANT GIVE ZERO STARS....ANOTHER BIG AMAZON MISTAKE IN NOT ALLOWING AN HONEST RATING

The batteries died 2 days after I bought the flash light had to return the item don’t recommend this item

Perfect size for an EDC flashlight. Amazing range and flood on this little giant.

This is an amazing EDC light! I use it daily.

My husband bought himself and our two sons each a Streamlight Pro-Tac. The flashlight belonging to our firefighter son crapped out on the second use. He contacted Streamlight and they werent interested in replacing or repairing it. So he gave them a bad review and they immediately replied to the review by saying they would take care of it. This was apparently just a PR move to satisfy the readers of the review, because they have so far ignored the issue and been unhelpful. My husband has tried to contact them with no satisfaction. Im giving them a bad review because I think a company should stand behind their product. The light is incredibly bright and so far no issues with the other two flashlights. But their customer service is very bad. We have all owned Surefires for over a decade with zero problems. I guess we should have just stayed with giving Surefire our loyalty and business. I will review the Streamlight company on all the social media and buyer platforms and forums that I can. Streamlight has left a bad impression with this family.

Arrived broken. The LED is blown out. Appears to be a return they just threw into a new outgoing order without inspecting for damage.
