> 24 hourWhen I first played with one of these streamlights, I was hooked and needed my own. It has quickly become my EDC, and I don’t feel any different than normal carrying it. Its constant on and momentary brightness are incredible. Be careful though, when the bezel says it will get hot it means it.

> 24 hourFor some users this light may be ideal, but in many ways it misses the mark. PROs: The form factor is great for an EDC flashlight, and the clip has been sturdy, never failing to hold the light on my front pocket next to my EDC multitool. The thumbswitch is also ideally placed for quick operation and the light sits well in hand. The overall flat-sided shape also makes it convenient for placing on horizontal surfaces and not having it roll away. The light is quite bright and the beam very even though lacks any focusing ability. BUT... CONS: For my purposes (inspecting in/around electronic equipment in dark areas, backstage areas of live shows), the low setting of the light is MUCH too bright and because of its broad beam and no focusing ability, it illuminates much more than I wish. In a dark environment, the leads to glare off surrounding areas and because it is so bright, I lose ability to discern important details as everything is just awash in light. Which leads me to the second problems...battery life and heat. This light is not designed to run for more than a minute or so if hand held, because it quickly heats up in the area near the on/off switch. Forget the high power mode as it is not a locking switch in high power mode and requires considerable thumb pressure to keep it in high power mode. I have no idea how long it might last in high power use, but in normal mode, the run time before recharge is not great. I get maybe 40 minutes use over 2 days before it needs recharging, and the charge rate is very slow even when connected to a high power charger. Expect to charge this light every day under normal use if you use it as a daily and work in dimly lit areas. SUMMARY: If the designers of this light allowed a lower power setting, this might alleviate the heat and run time issues as well as make it useful for working in dimly lit areas. But at the cost of this light, I can buy at least half a dozen cylindrical tail button AA-battery compatible flashlights that work as well if not better in my use case. Its a cool flashlight, but misses the mark.

> 24 hourI have many tactical EDC flashlights; this one is by far my favorite. If I lose it, I will purchase another one.

> 24 hourI bought this cuz I wanted a light that lays flat clipped into my pocket. It does that. Wish it was just a little shorter though. It’s bright but the light is a flood style vs. a more directed/pinpointed beam. Not a big fan but it does the job generally speaking. The switch is alitte weird but again it does what it’s suppose to. Sooo “generally” speaking it’s a decent piece of kit for edc, but the Surefire version might be better. Not sure haven’t tired it.

> 24 hourThis is my 2nd one. Lost the 1st pissed that I did. I had that fir 2years no issues. It fits perfectly in my pocket doesnt get in the way. I have a smaller hand so that might be the case. You never know when you might need to see something in low light. Its just convenient to reach in a pull out this light. Plus its USBc changeable almost every single thing that I own uses USBc to change.

> 24 hourI didn’t like it. It’s just not for me. I tried it with edc as a pocket light, on a tac vest, and in an edc bag. It’s a really cool looking design but is just impractical. The switch activates way too easily and constantly ran the battery out. The charging idea is okay but the port is exposed. Personally I didn’t have any failures but it just constantly worried me when out and about. The stylus options are just as comfortable and occupy a smaller profile. This seems like it’s just a cool idea for little follow through. Just something neat to have. Nothing wrong with that. Just not for me.

> 24 hourI like the rocker switch to activate, which produces a wide beam which is great for room or vehicle searches. If you need a temporary brighter light, you push the rocker forward on a momentary push, then it goes back to the wide beam. The wide beam makes searching for evidence better than having the typical spotlight that can drown out items.

> 24 hourI am a tow truck operator and I work in the dark at least 18 hours a week. This light has been a fantastic companion - I carry it in my pocket all day, everyday. The regular on setting is VERY bright, great for doing a walk around of a car to inspect before I load. The bright setting is great for finding houses in the dark. The included pictures were taken tonight, after 3 months of everyday carry. It continues to work great. I regularly leave it on the payment as a work light while hooking vehicles up or changing tires, etc., even in the pouring rain with no issues. Overall this is a great light for the right person. Its overkill for many, but if you work outdoors at night its a must have for your EDC.

> 24 hourThis is much brighter than I thought it would be, theres basically no indoor scenario where youd need the brightest-setting; but its good to have it for outdoors. The weight of the light is far less than it looks, its basically like holding two AA batteries IMO. ...Some might say the light is big, but thats why it has fantastic battery life, a smaller light wouldve just reduced runtime - this is the main reason I bought this, for the batter life. The USB-C charger is a nice touch, since everyone has a cell phone that charges with one these days anyways.
