Hard to assemble without any written instructions because parts require more force to shove together. Thought i had it together incorrectly , tried to undo and it would not some apart . No written instructions so I had to wait and call customer service after the weekend and found out that it doesnt come apart after connecting and that force is necessary to shove parts together. Works great ! Love it ! So much easier and efficient than getting on hands and knees washing , rinsing and drying ! Utube hack showed me how to cut off the barbs on the solution dispenser cap to reuse and make my own solution . Usually dries clean, but needed to change pads more when cleaning my kitty litter area with litter dust . ( can also use golf- type socks , wash and reuse to save money on pad refills . I highly recommend the wet jet - price is right also .

I have needed a hardwood floor cleaner since my old faithful electric cleaner failed. This is not a high end solution but it was good for repeat cleaning we need to keep up with doggie tracks. I really like the small size solution container that came with it but now finding it is nearly impossible to remove the cap for refills. I say nearly impossible because I saw online videos of soaking the cap in steaming hot water for a few minutes to loosen it. It worked for the small bottle but not the larger refill I picked up at local store. So still dont have a solution for continuing to use this device. This is not good. Thes small size container is perfect re weight that has to be pushed along with the device. The refill I found in the store is twice the size and much too heavy for me to do all of the wood floors. thought I could just pour some cleaner into the smaller bottle but not to be. Who designed an affordable cleaner that doesnt allow refills of the container it shipped with? Very disappointing.

Replacement supplies can get expensive.

Great for spot cleaning or regular use in the kitchen and bath. Easy to use, then tear off the dirty pad and throw it away, clean up is done!

My new swifter wet jet started leaking about a month after receiving it. At 1st just a few drops here & there. Unfortunately now less than 2 months later its a full on leak. If I leave the solution bottle in it leaks until empty. If I remove the solution bottle w/e liquid still in the swifter itself completely leaks out. I know this is not the norm for Im on at least my 4th. A replacement would be greatly appreciated.

Light weight, very effective and floors seem to stay cleaner a little longer. Goes through the liquid a bit quickly, but otherwise, good.

Been using these mops for several years. This one however had issues. first off: this came from Canada and has 0 instructions in English! Secondly, all the others (4) Ive purchased ran on 4-AAA batteries. This one only 2-AAA batteries, and it didnt work!! I ended up finding that the contacts in the battery compartment werent making contact, so I had to gently bend them into the correct position. Now it works fine..Luckily I didnt need any instructions. But theres no excuse...We live in America..an English speaking country

Great products for in between deep cleans. Great fast delivery too. But only a small sized solution so prepare and order more.
