These were bought because my wife was confined to a wheelchair for 3 1/2 years. I installed them to allow my wife W/C access to the hallway bathroom, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Otherwise she would not have been able to get into any bathroom or bedroom.

Durable product allowing family member to maintain independence within the home when becoming dependent upon durable medical devices. The hinges were more expensive than when last ordered earlier this year, but save from widening an entire doorway.
