Ok, I was frustrated with this in the beginning. The directions are a little lacking. After I figured out it required 2.4 ghz it got easier from there. Now my Alexa is set up and it works. Good little find.

Setup impossible. Won’t connect to WiFi, Tendi signin was not recognized, connecting to Alexa was ridiculously complicated. Don’t waste your money and, especially, your time.

You set them up, which is frustrating. Then you get them to work and a couple of weeks later they seem to forget. So you set them up again and theres nothing you can do to get them to work. Server unresponsive...what?

Instructions are not my favorite but they’re sufficient to get your plugs set up. Getting this set up and connected was pretty easy. They’ve also maintained connectivity and I was able to add them to my Alexa skills and devices with ease. They also haven’t disconnected and I can control them with my echo dot without any issues. What more can I ask for?!

We built a patio in our back yard and needed a smart plug for the lights. I purchased this smart plug and has been pleased with it. The set up was straight forward and hassle free. It took me about 5 minutes to download the app and set up everything. The plug has been working so well for several weeks. I’d recommend this smart plug.

Worked when we first got it. Difficult to sync, but finally worked. But now, after dropping the signal, unable to sync it again. Followed the instructions in resetting the plug. Still, would not sync. I have several other smart plugs from other companies that have worked beautifully. Not so with this one. Suggest buying from a different dealer as this one is a dud.

Sending it back. I dont want another app to work with Alexa.

Product won’t merge with Alexa so if that’s why you want them then buy something else. The app works and i can control lights that way but not what i intended
