I could not connect to their website. When i called the customer service number i got an answering machine. I left multiple messages and never heard back from them. I immediately returned them for a refund.

Sending it back. I dont want another app to work with Alexa.

Great product with excellent quality. Easy to set up, just follow the instructions. Can be used using my amazon fire tv stick and through the Beli app. Now i have full access of my home’s network using my mobile phone.

First.. privacy policy is in Chinese. Even after accepting anyway, app contininually crashes. Could be my virus software interfering? If thats the case I know I dont want it..

SW download did not work.

Product won’t merge with Alexa so if that’s why you want them then buy something else. The app works and i can control lights that way but not what i intended
