At first, I had a problem securing the handle bar assembly with the Quick Clamp, but after receiving a helpful hint from the company almost immediately, I was able to adjust it securely. I love that it is so lightweight. I would suggest that the manufacturer update their instruction booklet, as one of the parts mentions there is an allen wrench included. There is not an allen wrench, reports the manufacturer, since they now have the Quick Clamp assembly. Might be good to know. I was trying to figure out what I was supposed to use the nonexistent wrench on. I also think the back wheel is out of round. When I push it along on the hardwood floors, it feels a little like you have a bad wheel on a grocery cart. Noticeable to me but probably not to a three year old riding on the sidewalk!!! Overall a good product and worth the price paid.

My boy was not like as first time, but when he played it , he likes to go anywhere with it. Love it so much now

We love our Croco bikes. Ive bought two of them, and my 5-year-old still rides hers. They are lightweight, and the foam tires are amazing, you never have to fill them up! The seat goes down particularly low which is awesome for starting out. But it also raises up high enough for our 5-year-old. She is just now growing out of her bike. Recently we needed to request some new parts due to our 3-year-olds Croco getting run over - and the founder of this company reached out to us in such an understanding way. She went above and beyond to accompany our needs! I love working with companies like this. Get your kid a Croco, for every reason they are worth it.

This bike is awesome for little ones. My son is 14 months and can already touch the floor on the lowest seat setting. I got this for him for Christmas to use in the spring and he already fits. He is only 32” tall too. This bike is super lightweight and very sturdy. Also, the tires are not slippery on smooth surfaces, which I was worried about. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Wow! We have been struggling to teach our kids to ride bikes for months now. It became more of a chore than a fun time outside. What was I doing wrong!?! So when a friend recommended that we get a balance bike to help teach balance, we bought this one. After just 4 days of playing around on this bike outside, my son (4) and daughter (5) both switched to their real bikes on their own! This balance bike is super light weight which helps the kids have full control over it, even my 3 year old is able to maneuver it easily and is starting to ride it! I definitely recommend this bike! Have your kiddos play with it for a week and remember to take off the training wheels on their bikes right away! You’ll be surprised how quickly they start to ride their real bikes!

Awesome bike that is so easy to assemble if you follow step-by-step instructions. I had a minor issue with the seat locking mechanism and the manufacture was quick to make it right by sending out a new Fastener And included a kids towel. Lightning fast shipping and great customer support make this a must buy for all parents that are teaching their kids how to ride a bicycle

The bike is well made, attractive, and so light its easy to carry anywhere. I bought it for my 2 year old and he absolutely loves it. No regrets with this purchase!

My wife and I ordered 2 bikes for our kids, one red and one pink. For some reason the pink was replaced with a blue. I returned for a pink but received another blue. After contacting customer service TheCroco contacted me and made it right immediately. I have a pink one coming in the mail this week. Not to mention they did so on Easter Sunday. The bikes themselves are fantastic quality and our kids are learning very quick. It’s worth it to get the lightweight version. It’s still very sturdy and easier for the kids to maneuver. Worth it!

While most things about this balance bike are great, the most important thing, that it is able to glide and enable my child to balance, is not an expectation met. Unfortunately the front wheel is out of alignment with the back wheel. They are a few degrees off, which makes it almost impossible to get a good glide in. My child is having a hard time getting the hang of it vs his other balance bike we have. Were it not for this issue, we would gladly say this is worth the purchase, but sadly, we are unhappy with the results. ***update***This company has sent an apology for the “defective” product and offered to replace it. What a kind gesture; they have really gone out of their way to get ahold of us immediately, and we finally have connected. Upon retrieving the new product, I will re-review the bike. I’m hopeful the next one will be great, as the rest of the bike’s features are great! Ok, I am changing our review to five stars for multiple reasons. The owner of the company wrote us a personal letter to apologize for our defective product, and shipped us a fantastic replacement. It works amazingly, is solid, strong, and brings so much joy to our son! He loves riding it and is already balancing pretty incredibly!

This bike is exactly what we wanted for our toddler since it can grow with her. The seat adjusts easily, as do the handlebars. The tires are not rubber and over time they may break down a little bit but only time will tell with that. Putting the bike together took about 7 minutes and the instruction manual provided with the bike was very, very helpful. All in all, I’m very pleased with this purchase.
