> 3 dayNearly a year later, the owners contacted us and personally apologized for the shortcomings of our original order and offered a replacement strider bike. The quality of the 2nd is superior to the first in every way from the wheel bearings to frame straightness to seat and handlebar clamps and there are even some mild design improvements it seems. As a surprise they even pitched in a hooded towel. The seller went above and beyond to make things right and didn’t have to do that. 5 stars. Thanks for stepping up and standing by your product **** UPDATE **** The bike is lightweight, but the quality of construction is awful. Te rear wheel is not parallel to the front. The wheels are both offset from one another and when one is perpendicular to the ground, the other is not. Upon investigation it seems the rear forks were welded unparalleled leaving the rear tire tilted and the front are a bit crooked. No paint damage leads me to believe it was built like this at the factory. I contacted customer service on Jan 25th and there has been no reply as of Feb 6th. Poor build quality control & nonexistent customer service so far.

> 3 dayMy 2 year old son has been asking for a bike since his sister got one. I looked at the micro g bike and the strider balance bike since those are what I have seen around the neighborhood and we tried them out at store and planned to buy the strider on Amazon later. This bike looked similar and was available at a much better price point and Im so glad we gave it a try. Compared to strider: The croco bike is built like the strider but 2 pounds lighter. My 2 yr old can pick up the bike and carry it around. When hes tired, its no trouble for me to hang it on the stroller or carry it on one arm and him in the other. It seems to be built well - my husband tested it out before letting our son on it. Compared to micro: The micro is built differently and though I love their scooters and own both the kids and adult ones, I am not a fan of the bike. My sons legs were too short for the bike from a seated position and he couldnt get comfortable on the seat. He kept trying to use it like a push toy. The croco and the micro g bike weigh about the same at 4ish pounds. Overall Im very pleased with this bike and Im hoping he can use it for a couple years. Big sister is jealous!

Greater than one weekAfter putting it together, I wanted it to feel sturdier. But I suppose that’s the nature of the bike. We’ll see how it rides.

> 3 dayI got this for my son for his 2nd birthday. He’s had it for 2 months now and it is his favorite toy! He goes straight for it when we go outside and prefers to ride it over power wheels or tricycles. It took him a few weeks to get the hang of it but now he takes off! His brother has a strider balance bike and of the two I would definitely recommend the croco. It is much lighter which is great and otherwise the same thing for a much better price.

18-04-2025I’m updating my review on my own account after we used the bikes more and the founder reached out to me. If you’re looking for a great balance bike for your little The Croco is great and their customer service is amazing! I got two bikes for my 2 1/2 yr young twins. Green and blue (their favorite colors). I chose the lightweight option not realizing there was also a sturdy frame option made of steel. Originally I thought it was too light but after my boys started using them more, I noticed they were perfect! They can easily carry their own bike and walk around with them safely and they love that sense of independence! They also love that it came with a bell. The grip tape used on the bike where kids can put their feet up is abrasive. It scraped up the inside of my little boys legs to the point of bleeding with very little riding. They’ve already reached out to their factory to look at alternative materials they could use and will include the grip tape separate so you can choose whether or not to use it. I greatly appreciated this because it shows they really care about their customers!

> 3 dayMy kids love this bike so much. We bought it for my two-year-old, and it fits him well, but he doesnt really get it yet. My four-year-old uses it, and is doing so well with it. She had another clunkier balance bike that she just couldnt get the hang of, but took off on this one right away. After two weeks riding this one on and off, shes already able to ride a two-wheeler without training wheels! The best part about this bike is that its SO lightweight- so easy to carry around when the kids get tired of riding and youre far from home.

> 3 dayWe bought this for our two year old for Christmas and he loves absolutely loves it. We already had a tricycle that he rides pretty often and we had previously tried to get him a small bike with training wheels. He hasn’t been able to get the hang of training wheels so we thought we’d give the balance bike a try and we are super glad we did. The balance bike was the perfect size and it is really light. He was able to get on right away and scoot around. He has started gaining more confidence since riding multiple times and we will eventually be able to transfer him to his other bike without training wheels. I really like how light this bike is and how easy it was to put together. The bike is sturdy and the welds look good and it arrived in perfect condition. My only negative is the wheels on the are plastic. While I can appreciate the fact that these don’t need to be pumped up h air, I would much prefer traditional rubber tires. Overall in super happy with my purchase

Greater than one weekMy son LOVES this bike. We bought it for my son when he was 18 months. The bike really is ultralight (4lb) making it easy for my son to pick it up etc. Sitting position is also great with highly adjustable seat and handlebar. He very quickly learned to balance on it and now flies on it. I get a workout running after him. Customer service is also amazing. After a few months of riding, one of the rear wheel screws broke (which is why I am giving 3 stars on sturdiness). My guess is that it was over-tightened so under stress its head broke off. I wrote an email to support on a Saturday expecting a reply on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply minutes later. They mailed me a replacement screw which was easy enough to replace. My son happily rides again.
