I really do like this. At first I felt like the freezer made it too cold. But that is only when I put it over my eyes. If I leave it up on my forehead it is perfect. But then it loses its cold temps quickly. I wish it stayed colder longer. But I also like how tight it is.

Discovered this product by chance through an Amazon e-mail. At first, I was skeptical about purchasing something like this for my headaches but I am so glad that I did! A nice alternative to medication or to use in addition to medication. Not exactly a fashion statement but when you have a headache, who cares? Brings fast cooling relief for my migraines. Has a comfortable fit and I especially like how, if desired, you can cover your eyes and the back of your neck with it as well. Only downside, as others have commented, is that the cooling does not last very long so having an extra cap to trade off with might be a good investment. Also, extremely cold out of the freezer so cooling in the refrigerator is a good option, even though that contributes to its warming up more quickly when used. Overall, a great purchase! I have 2.

My daughter suffers from vestibular migraines and 10 minutes with this cap on and she gets relief. Bought one then bought a second. Brings one to work and it helps her get through her day. This works miracles.

I love that it hold my head with just the right amount of compression to be soothing. I chose this one over the less expensive ones because most of those have Velcro and that is not as snug and also would probably not be as comfortable.

I suffer from migraines, occasionally, and a friend suggested I try this mask. I’m so glad I did!!! I didn’t even put it in the fridge/freezer to get cold. The coolness alone worked well for me! I purchased this for my son who suffers from child migraines. It has been wonderful: he always like a cold wash cloth in his head when he has a headache but this is so much better !

I was slightly skeptical about how well this would work, but if youve ever had a bad migraine and could grab something like this and then have it work without anything else.. it just sounds too good to be true. But I had bought this about a month ago just to have on hand should I need it and last night I needed it. Right at the onset I remembered I had bought it and so I dug it out of the freezer took it out of the bag that it stays in while not in use, then laid it on a clean dish towel for it to thaw out slightly, like a couple of minutes, or long enough for me to drink a glass of water because hydration is important. Then I got in bed and put the cap on. At first it was still pretty cold, but it wasnt so cold that I had to take it off entirely, just didnt pull it down over my eyes right away. After a few more minutes I was able to pull it down over my eyes and just let it do its thing while I snuggled into my favorite blanket. Since I didnt catch the time before I started this process, I couldnt say exactly how long it took to work, but I woke up when it was completely defrosted and I didnt have any migraine symptoms!! The thing Im going to do now is buy a second one just incase.

Actually, I have purchased five of these in a little more than a month. My people love them! So many people suffering from migraines, these work amazingly well. Personally, I am lucky not to suffer, but I have used my cap in stressful medical situations, like scans and exams, and this works like a comfortable hug for your head. It is very calming. Speaking for everyone I know, WE LOVE THIS!
