We use this lock on our French doors so that my toddling baby and dogs are separated during the day. I love how heavy duty it is and its really pretty for our farmhouse themed home.

This is a very heavy duty and fabulous looking lock for my sliding barn door. I didnt anticipate that the lock (any lock this size) would prevent the door from opening all the way to the stop. Im quite sad about that because I really want to keep this lock. Im hoping to bring the door away from the wall (even more than it already is) to make room for this lock.
