> 3 dayRecently bought an iPad that uses USB C connectors. I charge my devices mainly at two locations in the house. (Note: five outlets already have USB A ports.) Forrunately, one multiple adapter I purchased from Amazon that is under the couch already had 2 USB A and 1 USB C ports. So the one I replaced is by the bed. Easy to install (I am a 75 year-old grandmother of 10, admittedly with lots of building/dyi experience) and has very clear directions. Both ports and outlets function perfectly. Loved that the outlet cover included also came in ivory, which matches all our other outlets. PS I am going to put the one I took out in place of a second outlet in the guest bedroom, which does not have USB. A win/win.

> 3 dayIt was simple to install, only lasted 6 months. I was charging my wifes iPhone through USB-A and plugged my Pixel in the USB-C and it shorted out both phones - the Pixel wouldnt charge because the input was fried and the apples battery was severely compromised (charge to 100% and in 3 minutes it was dead). It was great and worked as advertised, until it didnt... I am going to try the Leviton brand of outlet, hope that brand doesnt fry my 2 new phones.

> 3 day3-4 years ago, I bought Topgreener 2 USB-A with traditional 3-prong power sockets. Those USB-A ports are still working till today. So when I decided to look for a power socket that comes with both USB-A and USB-C ports, this becomes a natural choice. Reason for wanting a USB-C port is that newer devices are moving towards USB-C interface. I installed and replaced 2 of these. For one of them, it still protruded out a little as the space in that wall outlet is pretty tight. For the other unit, it flushed with the surrounding wall. Tested them and both USB-A and USB-C ports are functional. I have started migrating traditional wall sockets (with no USB ports) towards those that come with USB ports as most devices such as cell phones, tablets, etc are USB interface based.

> 3 dayPurchased 2 of these for our kitchen. They work well as we can charge our iPads and iPhones and still have the 2 outlets free!

> 3 dayThis was a great upgrade and easy to install. If youve installed an outlet before you should have no trouble. Ill probably get a few more of these to upgrade other spots in the house. The instructions are clear and well written.

> 3 dayDefinitely works as advertised. Easy to install. Charges everything just a little faster than a normal wall charger that might come with your phone or whatever accessory you’re charging. Does a great job.
