Smooth finish and no fraying of the cut ends. Used for trellising ornamental plants and has the right balance of stiffness and flexibility to keep straight line without super tension. My wife appreciates the shine of the Stainless material as it enhances the overall appearance of her garden. Just installed this spring but I expect it will last for many years.

I used this almost two years ago to build a cable railing for our deck, which is near a lake with the attendent humidity. Sometimes cable that is advertised as stainless steel turns out to not be, and then rusts. This cable still looks new. I couldnt be happier with it. It also met its specs for size and was easy to work with. I plan to use it again for the smaller deck off our bedroom.
