Didn’t live up to the hype

Purchased this for both searing steaks & melting silver and it excels at both. Strongly recommend just going to Home Depot or Lowes for the mapp pro gas, as its $16/per on Amazon & $4 for the exact same bottle at Home Depot.

Hot flame, starts instantly, shuts off when you let go, and thats good especially if youre using (expensive) MAPP gas in a small space that you dont want to heat up. The catch is that the flame is large, and usually you want a considerably smaller hot flame so you heat up the pipe, not the wall and everything else.

So far its great, hope it holds up.
