I had some difficulty finding a sizing guide. Lots of people in the Q&A direct you to Troxels website, where I found a measuring guide but not how that translated into the S,M,L sizes you actually order. Ordered M on a hunch, thankfully it fits. For anyone else, I hope my attached photo and review headline helps. Outside of that difficulty, its a nice helmet. Theres foldover flaps inside to help with side-to-side fit. The chinstrap is very adjustable. Feels snug & comfy while allowing for ventilation.
