Greater than one weekNot what I expected. Definitely not black. Soaked for 16 hours. The finger gloves were originally white and the cap was originally baby blue. I happy it colored...looks kinda cool even though I expected a better outcome.

> 3 dayIm trying to tye-die pants. Left the dye on overnight and when i washed out the color it turned blue/navy instead of black. I bought Rit dye and it came out better.

> 3 dayI really like Tulip dyes! Just add water and star dying your garment! I used this one on some grey sweats to creates an ombré look. They turned out fantastic! These color kits are easy to use, the colors last, and clean up is a breeze. The kit comes with everything you need to dye anything--dye in the bottle, rubber bands for special designs and gloves. The instructions are easy to read and follow! For long lasting color, after rinsing out the excess dye, dry garment and dont wash for a week. The dye will last and not fade.
