Vera Bradley Womens Cotton Large Cosmetic Makeup Organizer Bag

The size of this bag is outstanding. Its large enough to not only hold all my makeup, but also a hair brush and more. One could so easily take this traveling because it can hold everything. Makeup, hair brush, bottles of hair products, etc. The inside is lined so if youre like me and get your mineral powder foundation everywhere, it can easily be wiped out. And the tropical pattern is amazing for summertime! Its bright, fun and makes you want to be on vacation somewhere with a beach. Love it!

This my fourth Vera large makeup bag since 2005. Cant improve on perfection. Big plastic lined zipper bag , nice zip compartment on front that I keep brushes and small items in. Great easy-to-spot colors and patterns for when your room explodes . I just wish Vera hadnt moved most of her manufacturing to China.

Ive come to love Vera Bradley travel bags and organizers for their flare in an otherwise bland market. As a frequent flier just starting to travel again, I decided to get this cosmetic bag to hold my non-liquids when I take a carry-on or to pack everything in a checked bag. This bag is enormous for a cosmetic bag -- I should have gotten the medium size for more efficient packing -- but because it can be flattened, it mostly takes up the space of whats contained inside. I can live with that since otherwise I love this bag. The interior is lined with clear vinyl to both prevent leakage and make it easy to clean. The exterior zippered pocket is not lined and therefore is best for dry/soild items, especially if you want to reach them quickly. I love that the zipper for the main compartment goes down about 2/3 of the way on both sides, making it easy for me to see everything at once when I open it. Its practical touches like this that makes Vera Bradleys travel gear so wonderful. Flattened, the bag measures about 8 high by 9.5 long, but the bottom when fully opened measures another 4 wide. Because the bag is wedge-shaped, the top is only 3 wide when extended to its maximum. The quilted cotton exterior marks it at once as a Vera Bradley product. The tropical pattern uses blues, oranges, grays, greens, and yellow; its bright and cheery without being garish. Although I regret not getting the medium size, mostly because I try to travel light, I dont regret having this cosmetic bag. Better the large version than none at all. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

This is the large travel bag. I mainly use this for all my additional pills to have with me when I travel. It holds my large bottle of tylenol, three different kinds of allergy medication, migraine medication and eye, ear and nose drops. Makes traveling with these items much easier having them stored all in one place.

I had a large cosmetic bag previously. It was probably aboutn10 years old, and just needed replaced. Pros: The new large bag is larger than the old one and comfortably fits my zipper pouch of makeup brushes along with my makeup. The exterior pocket is nice for items you dont want to risk getting cosmetics on (clippers, tweezers, cotton swabs, etc.). Cons: I liked that the old one had a little strap on the end, I used it as a handle to pull it in and out of the cabinet. No strap on new design. Exterior pocket is not plastic lined like larger section.
