As expected, this Vera Bradley pouch is excellent quality. The zipper is sturdy and smooth. The interior is divided and half of the pouch is plastic lined. I would slightly prefer a full coverage plastic lining, but the partial lining provides some protection against items like make up brushes and the ability to wipe clean. I used the pouch for first aid supplies on a recent family trip and it was a nice size to hold various salves/ointments, band aids, etc. My only complaint is that the material significantly attracts pet hair and lint. We have several pets, so that is a huge issue for my family. If I had a patterned version this might not be such a big deal, but mine is black and it shows terribly.

My wife has become a Vera Bradley fan with a number of the lines purses and bags, but with this makeup bag, is branching out on some of the Bradley offerings. This bag is reminiscent of the purses she has, with some of them being black and a similar if not exact copy of the material used. So far she is greatly impressed and believes she will get some good use of of it. The bag is black, and again, similar if not matching some of her bags. So far we have not had it long, but the bag seems like it is well made with good stitching and construction, and if its like the purses and bags she has, should have a good, solid life to it. The inside has a matching, but different pattern to match and compliment the solid black. My wife does note that bags like this do attract lint and our cats fur. But if it is the same, it is not difficult to clear off and clean, so not a big deal, but something she mentions. The inside material looks nice and because it is lighter, makes it easier to see inside. There is plastic and two sides to the interior, so good for protecting the fabric and keeping things from becoming a mess, if you know... something happens. She often wraps things inside bags like this in other plastic to protect it, but having the plastic in there, she will continue with the added bags - when needed - but feels like overall itll just be all the more protected. For this she is grateful and impressed. She has only given it a cursory test on amount of items, but she got in the primary things she takes - albeit not taking time to really test it, but to see - and she is happy with the size. This bag will get used often on our trips, from weekends to weeks long. In the end my wife - and I to the extent of learning her preferences and being the one to take the pictures and write about these things - have come to find the Vera Bradley brand a reliable, good, solid, nice product. my wife loves her bags and purses and now finds these additional items to be as quality. Overall she is thrilled, and Im thrilled she is so happy with them. Happy to add another Vera Bradley item to the lineup.

Who cannot use another cosmetic bag? Especially if you travel? This bag is the perfect size for cosmetics, accessories, or even colored pencils and crayons. The outside is a standard black cloth while the inside has a beautiful black and white floral pattern with two sections. One half of the cosmetic bag is lined with plastic while the other is lined with the floral pattern cloth. The trapeze or triangular shape of the case makes four a good sized amount of storage with the tapered angle at the top allowing for easy zipping. The plastic lining on one side of the interior allows for a quick and easy wipe down to clean up any make up or other substance. The plastic line side would be perfect for storing make up brushes which typically leave makeup stains on the interior of cosmetics bags, while the fabric line side would be perfect for make up compacts or pallets that will not spill or leave marks during travel. I will actually be using this cosmetics bag to store markers and colored pencils that I use for some of my art projects. So far I have already loaded approximately 30 colored pencils into the bag and still have plenty of space for more. The classic black outside makes adding this to your luggage or organizational systems Easy because black goes with everything. I love this bag and think that you will too.

Ive said it once and Ill say it again: Vera Bradley makes the best cosmetic bags, the best pencil holding bag, the best travel bags. Hands down, these are the best bags for travel and for bringing assorted knicknacks along with you wherever you need to be. This Vera Bradley Cotton Trapeze Cosmetic Makeup Organizer Bag is as useful as Vera Bradleys other bags--it has plastic lining, and is well-made. The zipper is sturdy and pulls easily. The stitching on the bag is even and attractive. This bag is nice looking. All of my travel bags and accessories are Vera Bradley. None of them match, but they all look great. This bag is useful and highly recommended.

I like the size of this bag and how much it can hold. it seems to be well made and of good quality materials. I like how the inside looks and it just feels good all the way around. Love this bag.

Vera Bradley Cotton Trapeze Cosmetic. Item was a great size and well-made. Would have happily kept it. The item itself, had it been new, would have been a five-star. Unfortunately, it smelled of strong perfume and had no tags attached to it. This was a Try Before You Buy item. Item will be returned & I’ll find one that wasn’t previously used.

My mom‘s old Vera Bradley cosmetic bag was coming apart, so I ordered her a new one. She was very happy with it! I thought it was cute too!
