The chain is poor quality and short. Misleading picture with a small parrot . Too small for my conure . If you own a parakeet you could get away with using this item . Not worth the cost to return .

PERFECT! for a parakeet. Yet the add has a 1 inch parrot photoshopped into It to make it appear as a PARROT would have use for it. The hooks may be 3 inches above the floor so I guess you have to have a short bird. I now have a useles 2x3 inch platform. Add picture is Deceptive
