Greater than one weekI love this rubber curry so much! It is super easy to wash and to clean hair out of during shedding season. Best of all, my horse absolutely loves it! I get the neck stretched out, eyes closed, and lip wiggle from my horse every time I use it on him.

> 3 dayI finally found a brush that my shepherds will let me brush them down with. They even nudged my hand for more when I stopped. While it doesn’t remove the undercoat the way a furminator does, this works well for lifting dirt and giving their coats a nice shine.

> 3 dayLove how this feels in my hand. Easy to use aND works great. The round ones would rub a blister on my knuckles because of the way one has to hold them. This one is great.

> 3 dayIt doesnt really get down into long fur very well. None of my three dogs liked it, 1 short coat terrier and 2 aussie/border collie type coats.

> 3 dayThis curry is a bit overly stiff, which would be unpleasant for some horses mine included, and the tines are too long/ sticky. They trap the hair in deep which makes it difficult to clean out. Usual method of tapping to release the built up hair waffle did nothing and eventually needed to gently pull a hoofpick through to release the mat. Never did manage to get it clean without a bucket of water, which is a bit annoying considering this brush is for shedding and getting mud off. Also found it too light in my hand. I like a good heavy brush, and while it has a very wide back, perhaps too large for small hands, it just did not feel great to hold. The old Oster brushes are way more comfortable.

> 3 dayI don’t write a lot of reviews, but this is amazing. I bought this brush for my German Shepherd/chow rescue dog. He is almost 7 and has never liked to be brushed. Likely because he had to have hip surgery when he was very little. It is a major struggle every year when he blows his coat. I have to wrestle and fight him for every trauma filled moment. Then give him ALL the treats. I pulled this brush out of the box, and he was definitely skeptical (as was I) because we have pretty close to every brush out there. He actually laid down and let me brush him. He still doesn’t lime his back legs done, but WOW!! This brush did great at removing the upper layers of hair and my dog didn’t fight the entire time. Definitely a win win!!

Greater than one weekIm giving it 2 stars because its easy to hold and use but it doesnt get the finer hair out of my German Shepherd like I had hoped it would.

> 3 dayShorter than the other Whal brushes, the nibs are harder (hurts to curry your own skin), so probably not good for sensitive horses. Other wise nice
