Webroot Antivirus Software 2023 | 3 Device | 1 Year Keycard Delivery for PC/Mac

Ive been using it for 3years and never had anything get through like viruses etc. Very good security

I installed this on my laptop because I was having so much trouble playing words with friends on facebook. It turns out the problem was all the ads from facebook. I installed an ad blocker and that solved my problem. Anyway, the software seems to be working OK, but I didnt have any virus or malware so I dont know just how well it works if you need to remove a virus or malware.

It does indeed seem to be working fine. I have had no virus/malware problems since installing Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus on two of my PCs. However, Ive never noticed it updating anything, and, for the life of me, I cant figure out how to schedule updates, or if its even necessary to set up a schedule. It came with VERY limited instructions. I just wish it came with better instructions and/or that the interface was more intuitive. Also Id like it better if it notified me when it was updating, and scanning. Without some occasional feedback its hard to tell if the program is running properly.

Had to call Web Root tech support to get my new subscription on my computer when I already had an old version on the computer. Webroot does a poor job of giving existing users clear info on how to do this. Note the need to click on the service wheel to the right of the MY ACCOUNT section at the bottom right hand portion of the Webroot box. Note this is the box that pops up to note your subscription is expired and you need to renew... Once clicked you then enter the new Webroot code from inside your DVD box or code you received via Amazon. Note the service agent I talked to was extremely nice and has sent a note on this to help in the future. Hopefully this helps others who currently need to, or want to update their expired Webroot program.

This product worked great on both of my computers and was fast and easy to install..will buy again.

Best antivirus because it does all the work in the background. You never have to manually tell it to run scans. It does all that on its own. Perfect for the less computer literate who never would remember to manually run scans as the other name brand antivirus expect the user to do.

INSTALLED THIS YESTERDAY ON NEW LAPTOP AND BY FAR, IT WAS THE EASIEST INSTALLATION OF ANY ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER HAD - AND I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF DIFFERENT BRANDS OVER THE PAST TWENTY YEARS. GOOD PRICE FOR 3 DEVICES AND IS DOING THE JOB OF MUCH PRICER BRANDS THAT CAN BE A BEAR TO INSTALL. THE NEW LAPTOP DID COME WITH MCAFEE ALREADY ON IT, SO I UNINSTALLED IT IMMEDIATELY SO AS NOT TO HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLING THE WEBROOT. WEBROOT, AFTER JUST A FEW MODIFICATIONS, JUST SITS QUIETLY IN THE BACKGROUND WITHOUT THE CONSTANT INTERRUPTIONS THAT MOST OTHERS SEEM TO HAVE THE HABIT OF DOING THESE DAYS. DID NOT EVEN HAVE ANY MORNING STARTUP UGLY MESSAGES TO START THE DAY WITH AS WITH THE OTHERS. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL BUY AGAIN WHEN EXPIRATION TIME COMES AROUND.

Works as advertised, but beware you will lose any time left on the license you are updating. This loss cost them 1 star in my rating. Wait until you only have a day or two remaining on your active license before you activate.

Never needed tech support. I uninstalled the last one, then installed the new one. Ive been using WEBROOT for several years now. Never understood why the CD (physical) version is cheaper than the (download) Renewal version. Same program, same features. For me, If you can wait to get the CD, youll save money.

The key code only worked on the desktop. When trying to put on my laptops, key code would not work, something about key code does not exist!!! Thank goodness it worked on my work computer. I have used this for years,this was the first time I’ve had this problem!!!
