Wesco Pet Mini Bird Kabob Shreddable Bird Toy

My smallish parrot loves to shred these. He has a blast. Not good for keeping his beak trimmed but hilarious to watch him get in fights with it and hang upside down ripping it apart. Word of caution. Dont leave the string in when your bird finishes. Strings and such can get tangled around their feet and they can be stuck there all day or die from a heart attack. Thats why I dont buy toys with ropes. Harder wood toys I buy have chain .

I love all the kabob toys for my birds, and so do they. All my birds love chewing these things, and I definitely recommend giving kabob toys a try with your pet birds.

Hasnt been in his cage 20 minutes and he loves it. Looks Like this will last him awhile. Very happy with it.

I gave this to my Timneh African Grey who does not play nor chew wood. He LOVED this Kabob. He shredded through it in about 3 days. The Grande size is a better buy. Takes over a week to shred through. Will Buy again!!

All of my birds love these, and its a great outlet for their chewing needs! They seem to last a fairly long time too, despite daily use, but my birds are smaller (conures and caiques), so larger birds would probably need a larger kabob or more durable wood. I have learned to hang them towards the middle of the cage to contain shredded pieces and avoid messy floors. I will definitely purchase again when my current kabobs are kaput!

My Bird loved this toy. He shredded it to pieces in days. Id recommend this one if your bird chews up wooden ladders and toys.
