White Mountain Puzzles Pencil Collage - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

Fun and fairly challenging, but bad quality. I used to buy a lot of White Mountain puzzles, but the brand is no longer high quality. Several pieces are not cut all the way through, and many are separating right out of the box. Frustrating for the price.

This is a great puzzle and we finally finished it after having it on a table for months! When it was all finished though, there was one piece missing. Cant tell if it never existed or if it got pushed onto the floor and vacuumed up! This kept me busy for hours and it was a present for a 12 y/o!

Love the look of the puzzle but we gave up about 3 hours into it when we barely had more than the frame done. Someone with more patience would probably love it though. Pencils are interesting to look at.

This puzzle is a high quality puzzle, that is precision cut, with sturdy pieces. However, I needed to vacuum the pieces because of all of true purple colored puzzle dust. It was an extreme amount of puzzle dust…

We had fun putting this one together. The different pencil colors, designs and quirky logos were fun. There are quite a few duplicates mixed in so its not super simple.

This is not the hardest puzzle weve done, but it is a challenge. Some of the pencils are duplicates, and some are upside down. The edge areas are more difficult because they contain mostly erasers or lead points. We liked this puzzle so much, we Modge-Podged it and framed it. Weve had many compliments on it hanging on the wall of the family room. The photography is very good, in that the image is sharp, and the colors are vibrant. As a photographer, the image is slightly warm (yellow), but the colors still tend pop. Some of these pencils bring back memories of the ones we used in school (two color marking pencils). A lot of fun! Highly recommended. We had to buy it from a 3rd party, and it was a bit expensive.

Great gift for the puzzle enthusiast.

This is the coolest puzzle ever. Weve just recently become one of THOSE families that does puzzles. Last week we finished a couple of 300 piece puzzles and then a 500. I marched upstairs with this puzzle last night, and the kids shrieked in horror -- This one will KILL US!!! Its so fun! So pretty with all the different colors and fonts. My daughter actually said that she wanted to glue it and hang it in her room because its so pretty. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that this is even cooler than it looks. Dont be intimidated by all the pieces because the linear images and varied colors makes this puzzle VERY doable. I imagine that well be doing this one multiple times. ALSO, the quality is so great. The pieces are nice and thick. The images are nice, and non-grainy. And the price...wow. Bravo, White Mountain!!! Ive now purchased 6 of your puzzles for Christmas gifts!

purchased as a difficult and yet fun puzzle with family members. we assumed that 2 pieces of border were missing although looked for them repeatedly. they eventually appeared from a magicians hat!! very enjoyable with the intricate pieces of the picture. made well although the brand is not made as perfectly as my favorite brand! very happy with purchase.

Enjoyable puzzle that was not easy! Good quality. I like that White Mountain included a Box Stand for the lid. It holds the lid up for easy viewing and takes less room on the table.
