Love the sharp pointy end of this. Reminds me of my favorite tomato slicing knife. Wish their longer trowel had the same sharp edge. I use this more often, even when I need to dig a deeper hole to get thistle roots out. Im also abusive with tools and leave them out in the weather. So far heres not a big a rust on this trowel. The leather strap is handy too. Can hang the thing on the fence or other nearby object so it doesnt get lost in the soil.

This trowel is awesome. Its comfortable and nearly indestructible. After going through a few plastic ones I decided to get on that could be used for the rest of my life, and I can tell this one will make it there and beyond.

I have been frustrated with cheap and plastic products and that includes garden shovels. So, it was refreshing to find this. Solid, works well, doesnt break, and made in the U.S. I bought five more to give to friends.

Great product. Love that its American made and so sturdy. Spend a little more - it will be the last one you buy. The others break, I dont know what you would have to do to break this thing.
