Very easy to use and lightweight.

Cracked around the handle after roughly 10 trip. Would not recommended as the plastic is not reinforced in areas that need extra strength.

Thought I was making a safe bet by purchasing Samsonite brand luggage. I was wrong. One overseas trip was all it took to crack the plastic shell of the medium sized luggage near the wheel. Last time I’ll ever pay the premium for Samsonite. Don’t mind paying more for quality but this was not worth it.

The suitcase can end up dented up by baggage handlers even though its a hard shell. Its main claim to fame is its maneuverability.

Had this for a few months now, took it on several flights. Fits in the overhead without a problem, no issues with workmanship, and the wheels still spin like new. Very satisfied.

Bag cracked already, zero response from customer service. Could be lower quality merchandise just for Amazon. Totally unacceptable not to have anything back from customer service at Samsonite.

This is absolute garbage and its a shame that this is for sale. The push/pull handle separated from one the telescoping rods that connects it to the suitcase on my very first trip. Luggage that cant survive a single flight (just a typical domestic hop) probably shouldnt be listed for sale. Even before it broke, the handle assembly is way too chintzy for its intended use. Shame on Samsonite. Get anything else, probably something much cheaper will still be better made (and engineered!) than this nonsense.

I used this bag on an American Airlines flight with no issues. The hard fiberglass shell is nice and makes me feel more secure about it protecting the internal contents. I love that it opens in the middle to give two half compartments to pack in, with a soft center divider that can be hooked down on either side to keep it in place. I prefer it opening that way instead of the zipper far on one side leaving one deep pocket to fill. I was a bit disappointed in how it rolled and the adjustable handle. When I tried to roll it standing straight up on all four wheels, it kept veering to the side. The handle also seemed a little weak.

The Samsonite Winfield 3 DLX is 20 which is the perfect size for when I take short trips and dont want to check a bag. I love that it conforms to the airlines allowable carry on dimensions because I hate paying to check a bag. The suitcase has great, large rolling wheels that really glide so I dont have to drag the bag behind me, which puts a strain on my arm. Inside there is a 4 pocket, 2 sided panel which I use to hold my smaller items. I like how handy the pockets are because 2 of the pockets are mesh so its easy to see inside. There is also a hook system to hold the panel steady so its not floppy around inside the suitcase. On both sides of the case, there are elastic systems to hold my items in place so every thing isnt moving around in there. A bit plus for me. I really like the added security that the TSA locks gives so I dont have to worry about someone tampering with my belongings while the case is in transit. A nice touch is the length of the retracting handle. I have plenty of handle length so Im not pulling it at a weird angle. A big bonus for me is that the case expands an extra 1.5 if I need more room on the return trip.
